Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We hope that you love everything you receive from us, but we do know that sometimes ordering online just doesn't work out!

RETURNS: We allow returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your item.  We will issue a store credit for returns which do not expire. We do not issue refunds on returns.

Returns are eligible for store credit return only. Returns must be received back to Marlee Sue Boutique within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) of postmarked delivery.

EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.

PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. 

Items MUST BE unworn, in original condition, and with the tag still attached.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, tags attached, and no sign of wear and tear and no odor. No smell of smoke.

  • Your return must be within our return window of 14 business days.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Any item marked sale or final sale, gift cards, hair accessories, hats, beanies, jewelry, beauty/bath products. Free gifts or promotional items, Black Friday, Pink Friday, grab bags, or cyber Monday deals.

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Purchases made with store credit/exchange are not eligible for returns.

  • Purchase made with 30% or more discount is not eligible for returns.

  • Purchases marked sale 

SENDING BACK A RETURN:

To start your return/exchange please contact us or email info@marleesue.com

Please note, we do not provide return labels.

  • Original shipping fees and loyalty points are non-refundable.

  • Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Do not place the shipping label directly on the shoe box or tape/alter box in any way. Doing so will result in your return being rejected. 

  • The return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest getting a tracking number. We do not provide return shipping labels. If an item is lost by shipping service on the way back to Marlee Sue Boutique, we are not responsible.

  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days. You will be notified once your return has been processed via email or text (whatever contact information you included at time of purchase).

  • Purchases made with Afterpay: If you are returning an item before your 4 installments are paid out, you will STILL have to finish out your installments with Afterpay. That is a payment agreement with them, not with us.

  • Marlee Sue Boutique is NOT responsible for lost mail, packages that are waiting or stuck at a post office, or showing delivered but not seen by you. You must file a claim with the post office. Please notify us by email that way we can be on the lookout in case it gets returned to us. We will not refund orders lost or stolen by any shipping carrier. Please take advantage of our tracking numbers to watch carefully for when the package will arrive. We are also not responsible for packages damaged by shipping company, you must file a claim with USPS. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

If you have received a damaged or defective item you must email info@marleesue.com within three business of delivery. Please include your order# and name. Please know that it is out of our control if you waited more than 3+ days to pick up your order. Please include your original invoice and photos of the damaged/defective item.
